Refund policy
All Australian purchasers are covered under the Consumer Rights and Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
You should inspect the products immediately upon delivery to you in accordance with our delivery policy. The products are deemed to be accepted by you unless you give notice to TAV Bikes of any alleged defects in the products within 7 days of delivery of the products.
In the absence of such notice, the products shall be deemed to be suitable for the purpose for which they were supplied, of merchantable quality, in accordance with specifications, and otherwise free of any defects.
The liability of the TAV Bikes, if any, for defects or loss or damage in transit or whatever shall be limited to:
- replacement of the products or supply of equivalent products;
- repair of the products;
- payment to you of the cost of replacing the products or of acquiring equivalent products.
To commence any return or refund claims, contact TAV Systems through the support enquiries portal. You may, at your own cost, be required to ship the defective parts/products back to TAV Bikes for assess and confirm the issue. A re-stocking fee of 25% of the total order amount is applicable for any valid returns to account for part assessment, re-validation, re-assembly and re-packing.
